Accommodations cannot be guaranteed before 3 p.m., however they are normally available by mid-afternoon.  Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Dishes, pots, pans, appliances, towels, linens are furnished.  Bring your own swim towels.

A two night deposit is required for each unit reserved.  Remainder is due on arrival.  There will be no refund if departure is earlier than scheduled.  You are responsible for the nights you reserve.  We require a 21 day notice for any deposit refund (minus 10% of deposit for cancellation fee)

We will make reservations for a boat slip at Indian Point Marina if requested.
